Our neighbor 3 doors away had highly recommended HHM Roofing and Construction. What luck for us since they were working  today at that house and agreed to come inspect our 2 leaks. The response time was immediate, very cordial and knowledgeable people. If you need anything related to roofs and gutters, I highly recommend them. They believe our problem is the chimney and will refer us to a chimney specialist. My neighbor has been very pleased with their work. Great company!  We are going to ask for a roof inspection. When I decided to get vinyl siding added to my house, I kept running into dead ends. There were contractors that were extremely expensive or they wouldn't return my phone calls. I reached out to Ryan about a quote. He came on the date we agreed on. He was very attentive with the concerns I had with the process. Due to the weather, there were some delays. Ryan kept me informed during that process. The job is finished and my house looks like a brand new house! I am very happy with the results. My experience with HHM was overwhelmingly positive. The rep who came out to take a look at our roof was friendly and honest, and he was very patient with my questions. The team who came out to do the work was great, they worked fast to beat the rain, but took the time to make sure that my yard was clean before departing, collecting every scrap of shingle and nail they found. Promised 1 day install and got it done in less than full day. Peter was the most knowledgeable sales person that we dealt with and laid everything out start to finish. These guys are the kings of customer service. From the time we first sat down with Peter until the job was done we experienced nothing but professionalism. It was nice to work with a company that underpromises and over delivers. I know lots of roofers because I work at The Grogan Insurance Agency and these guys are the best of the best. Provided us with lots of information about the various features of our roof and what to look out for moving forward to ensure the repair holds. I had two other roofing companies look at my roof before contacting HHM Roofing & Construction and unfortunately neither one provided any real answers or solutions. One company even completely ghosted me after coming out. Ryan and Sam from HHM were a completely different experience. They came by my house several times to carefully look at the issue and help figure out what was going on. This is a new construction home that’s not even three years old, and instead of immediately trying to sell me a full roof replacement, they focused on actually diagnosing the problem and a finding practical solution. They were friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely determined to fix the issue while keeping costs as low as possible. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly cares about helping customers rather than just making money. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. Ryan worked hard with a challenging flat  roof replacement and repairs and some interior drywall repair from leaks to give us an excellent and cost effective solution  His team was fast end efficient-always there early and on the job to get things done as quickly as possible! We had to have a refrigerator delivered in the midst of all this and in the way of work and they were very kind and accommodating to let that delivery get placed at the same time. As a widow and having had nothing but problems with my seven year old roof, Ryan was recommended by a mutual friend.  After his evaluation, instead of more patching, I filed a claim for inferior shingles which was approved. That was a huge win for me and my budget. Of course there was still some costs to me. Ryan cared about me, the customer, not just the check!  His team were very professional and took care with removal of the old roof to assure that I wouldn’t pick up a nail in my tire. I’ve since downsized but the new roof and the aesthetics updated the house and was a big reason for my receiving offers well over the asking price. Ryan and his crew came in and picked up where a crappy contractor left me, and did a fantastic job. I got a new roof, gutters and downspouts, and they did other repairs. They did what they said they would, when they said they would. Having gotten "had" before, I learned my lesson on using contractors who are not legitimate. After having a limb fall on my roof during a recent thunderstorm, I went to the web to locate someone who made repairs to a metal roof.  After reviewing the addresses to find someone near me I found HHM Roofing only a few miles away.  My call was answered quickly and politely, the person took my info and said someone would follow up. The call back from Sam Oddo was very prompt and business like.  After hearing my needs we made an appointment for 2 PM the next day.  Sam showed up as scheduled, examined the area for damage from the limb while also inspecting the roof in general for any potential problems.  He caulked several spots that fell into this category. Sam was professional, clean and orderly, very personable, competent and thorough and all in all a pleasure to do business with. Carlos rolled up to my door and honestly, I thought it was gonna be another one of those sales guys trying to waste my time. But nope—dude was solid. Super laid-back, not pushy at all, and just straight-up told me what was going on with my roof. He pointed out a couple things that needed attention, explained it in a way that actually made sense, and didn’t feed me any BS. No pressure, no weird sales tactics—just a cool dude who knew more than me. It felt more like talking to a helpful neighbor than some guy trying to make a sale. Mr. Ryan Hoerl with HHM Roofing and Construction was a pleasure to work with.  He took his time to talk about his business and what services he could provide that I was in need of.  He was efficient, timely, and easy to communicate with.  He was very thorough and friendly.  I felt very comfortable and at ease that I was in good hands.  He has a genuine approach and was very honest with what was needed.  He provided me with a video of my roof that was very detailed and pointed out the problem areas and ways he could fix the issues. He did not push any services or products on me which was nice.  He gave me his best recommendations and I am grateful for his time and work ethic. I’m so grateful to the team at HHM. I contacted Ryan Hoerl @ HHM when an inspector found a couple of “minor” issues with our roof. The word “minor” was the term the inspector used, but for me it was “major.” Trying to buy a house & sell a house in a short time is stressful. Thankfully Ryan understood completely. His reply to my initial contact was as follows: “My first core value is to help, so I’m glad to be of service. If you know of anyone else that needs an inspection, I can help. These can be stressful times.” I immediately knew I was in good hands! Ryan gave me an estimate based on the inspection photos of the work needed on that same day & had a member of his team at my home in 2 days. I can’t thank him enough. Ryan, the owner came out the very next day and did a quick and proficient job with some odd jobs inside my house.  My wife and I tried replacing our vent fan in our downstairs half bath and after 2 hours we gave up.  Ryan finished the job in less then 30min and it looks and works great. I am very pleased to write this five-star review of HHM Roofing & Construction. I first contacted Ryan Hoerl, the owner, on a weekend when we discovered that our roof was leaking into our attic during a heavy rainstorm. He came out to our house on a Sunday on an emergency basis. After going up into our attic and observing the leak he immediately went on the roof and was able to quickly identify the culprit area which turned out to be a nail hole. After sealing the hole with silicone, he then went back on the roof with a hose and sprayed water on the area while I stood in my attic to ensure that the leak had been fixed(it was). While on the roof he assessed our aging roof and noted multiple other nail holes as well as other areas of concern. I should also note that he did not charge anything for his services. The following day he returned with a comprehensive assessment of our roofing needs and an estimate of costs. His explanation was detailed and quite professional with no sense of any high sell pressure to proceed with roof replacement. After discussing things with him, it was pretty apparent that our roof needed to be replaced. Within a week he and his crew came and replaced our roof. His crew was excellent. They replaced the entire roof within a day, working tirelessly from 6 AM to 8 PM. Their workmanship was excellent and their cleanup immaculate. The cost of the replacement was extremely reasonable In sum, we could not be happier with Ryan and his company for the outstanding service and workmanship. My hose was damaged from  the tornado and Steve Sullivan recommended Ryan at HHM Roofing and Construction and thank goodness I did! I really had no idea how insurance claims   Ryan took charge and the whole process of a roof,a fallen retaining wall,gutters,tree stumps and fence and deck repair and painting! All the work was done by the nicest workmen. Ryan dealt with the adjuster as far as what they needed to pay for and they did I would recommend him to anyone who needs his expertise. I highly recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed at all!  I Absolutely loved working with Ryan!  He remodeled my kitchen, he himself custom made my cabinets, they are great!  He took the time to shop with me for countertops, back splash and flooring!  It was awesome!  He gave me a start and finish date and he was right on time with everything!  2 weeks right on the money, even with crazy weather!  My new kitchen painted and all looks FANTASTIC! I've known Ryan for a number of years and I  expressed interest to him in knowing more about the roofing business. He invited me to ride along to investigate some damaged homes and meet with an insurance adjuster (who no-showed of course).
